Okay, so what do we have here?

Okay, so it's Sunday evening and you were cruising the web when somehow you ended up here. And what is 'here', exactly? Is this an antiques-site, or a personal blog? Or maybe both? The world can be a confusing place. So allow me to enlighten you a little bit.

I am a 36-year-old guy from Holland that recently decided to take up antiquing. And in order to make sense of it and hopefully to connect with other collectors, I started this blog. I'm still very new to this and would appreciate pointers and information from time to time. So feel free to give your honest opinion or leave a friendly comment.

So what can you expect here? From time to time I will post information about pieces I have found, but also the new things I've learned about antiques in general or the difficulties I have encountered during my searches. In short, it will be a personal blog AND an antiques site! What sorcery is this?!
